We are looking for an experienced Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food, ensuring the highest quality, presentation, and flavor of every dish, following ARTIEM Hotels' standards. They will report directly to the Head Chef and work closely with the rest of the team to ensure the success of daily operations.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Cook or in a similar position in hotels, restaurants, or high-quality catering establishments.
• Professional training in Cooking or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and cooking methods.
• Experience in managing different sections (fish, meat, vegetables, etc.).
• Knowledge and application of food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP).
• Ability to work as part of a team, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to detail and a passion for gastronomy.
• Knowledge of languages (English) will be valued.
