What you'll do

During your internship you will have the chance to see firsthand how the Labour Relations and Personnel Administration area works, gradually taking part in real processes and projects.

  • Consulting and applying labour legislation, supporting the resolution of day-to-day queries and cases.

  • Support in updating, monitoring and developing Equality Plans and other initiatives related to regulatory compliance.

  • Managing and monitoring educational cooperation agreements with universities in Spain and Portugal.

  • Support in reviewing contracts and labour documentation.

  • Preparing and reviewing payroll settlement calculations.

  • Managing and communicating hires, terminations and changes, in coordination with our external HR firm.

  • Participating in the review of the monthly payroll process, learning about its different stages.

  • Monitoring and controlling vacations, permits and absences.

  • Support in Occupational Risk Prevention, including managing medical check-ups, OPR training and other preventive actions.

  • Participating in the review and updating of policies, procedures and internal documentation for the Labour Relations area.

  • Supporting various Human Resources and Labour Relations projects, gaining an overall view of people management within a company.

What you'll get

  • Start date for SEPTEMBER.

  • Paid internship

  • Working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Monday to Thursday, and from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Friday, with flexible start and end times. In July and August we work from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

  • Hybrid work model: 2 days remote - 3 days in the office

  • Duration of 6 months, renewable for another 6, on a full-time schedule so that your immersion at ATREVIA is 100%.
