Scrum Master / Automation Team Lead

MISSION Leading the agile management of strategic automation projects, fostering collaboration and innovation to optimize business processes. Ensuring excellence in the delivery of automated solutions, driving AXA's digital transformation and promoting an environment of continuous improvement. MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Leading and managing high-complexity automation projects, ensuring compliance with scope, time, budget, and quality. Designing and defining project execution strategy, planning phases, schedules, resources, and key milestones. Facilitating Agile ceremonies (meetings, retrospectives, refinements), shielding the team from interruptions and promoting effective communication. Ensuring the backlog is properly prioritized and that user stories are well-defined, clear, and aligned with business objectives. Managing dependencies and removing impediments to guarantee a continuous workflow. Promoting an Agile cultural change across the organization, acting as an agent of change and coach for teams and stakeholders. Fostering best practices throughout the software lifecycle, ensuring sustainable, scalable, and high-quality solutions. Proactively managing risks and conflicts, anticipating potential issues to maintain delivery excellence. Acting as a liaison with business units and other IT teams, ensuring strategic alignment and effective collaboration. PROFILE Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or equivalent qualification. Experience: Between 3 and 5 years in similar roles such as Scrum Master, Team Lead, or Project Manager in high-complexity environments. Proven experience in digital transformation projects, disruptive technologies, or artificial intelligence. Knowledge: Deep understanding of the software lifecycle and development best practices. Tools: JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite (Planner, Project, Excel), ALM tools. Languages: Minimum B2 level of English, with C1 level positively valued. Soft Skills: Leadership and effective communication. Customer orientation and analytical skills. Teamwork, proactivity, and strong adaptability. Additional qualifications: Technical knowledge in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and IPA (Intelligent Process Automation). Experience with platforms such as Blue Prism, UiPath, Power Automate. Scripting and development skills: Python, PowerShell, VBA macros. Certifications: Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2). MISIÓN Liderar la gestión ágil de proyectos estratégicos de automatización, fomentando la colaboración y la innovación para optimizar los procesos de negocio. PRINCIPALES ACTIVIDADES / RESPONSABILIDADES Liderar y gestionar proyectos de automatización de alta complejidad, asegurando su cumplimiento en alcance, tiempo, presupuesto y calidad. Diseñar y definir la estrategia de ejecución de los proyectos, planificando fases, cronogramas, recursos y hitos clave. Facilitar ceremonias Agile (reuniones, retrospectivas, refinamientos), protegiendo al equipo de interrupciones y fomentando una comunicación efectiva. Asegurar que el backlog esté priorizado correctamente y que las historias de usuario estén bien definidas, claras y alineadas con los objetivos del negocio. Gestionar dependencias y eliminar impedimentos para garantizar un flujo de trabajo continuo. Promover un cambio cultural Agile en toda la organización, actuando como agente de cambio y coach para equipos y stakeholders. Fomentar buenas prácticas en el ciclo de vida del software, asegurando soluciones sostenibles, escalables y de alta calidad. Gestionar riesgos y conflictos de manera proactiva, anticipando posibles problemas para mantener la excelencia en la entrega. Interlocución con negocio y otros equipos de IT, garantizando alineamiento estratégico y colaboración efectiva. PERFIL Formación: Licenciatura en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Matemáticas o titulación equivalente. Experiencia: Entre 3 y 5 años en roles similares como Scrum Master, Team Lead o Jefe de Proyecto en entornos de alta complejidad. Experiencia comprobada en proyectos de transformación digital, tecnologías disruptivas o inteligencia artificial. Conocimientos: Profundo conocimiento del ciclo de vida del software y buenas prácticas de desarrollo. Herramientas: JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite (Planner, Project, Excel), herramientas de ALM. Idiomas: Nivel mínimo B2 de inglés, valorándose positivamente un nivel C1. Soft Skills: Liderazgo y comunicación efectiva. Orientación al cliente y capacidad analítica. Trabajo en equipo, proactividad y gran capacidad de adaptación. Valoraciones adicionales: Conocimientos técnicos en RPA (Robotic Process Automation) e IPA (Intelligent Process Automation).
