Therefore, we are looking to hire a Maintenance Technician for our Ballesol Salvador Allende residence, who will contribute to the good condition and conservation of the facilities, guaranteeing safe, pleasant, and well-kept spaces for our residents.
Ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, and aesthetics of the center's facilities, carrying out preventive and corrective interventions that guarantee a safe, comfortable, and quality environment for residents and families.
What you'll do
- Prepare surfaces, apply treatments, and select appropriate materials according to the type of work.
- Carry out basic preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Perform painting, touch-up, and finishing work in the interior and exterior of the center.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team in the general upkeep of the facilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and occupational risk prevention in all interventions.
