About the role

We are currently looking to add an Occupational Health and Safety Technician to help guarantee safe and healthy working environments, promoting a preventive culture and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in our centres.

What will your mission be?

Reporting to the Occupational Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and monitoring of the annual preventive activity plan, ensuring the correct application of occupational risk prevention regulations and helping to create safe, healthy working environments aligned with Ballesol's quality standards.

What you'll do

Functions

  • Carry out the preventive activity plan to improve conditions for workers and centres.
  • Conduct occupational risk assessments, ensuring they are kept permanently up to date.
  • Deliver training actions on prevention to workers.
  • Support the Occupational Health and Safety Manager in preparing technical reports and training and information manuals.
  • Act as the point of contact with the mutual insurance company, the external prevention service and suppliers to ensure the proper functioning of the service.
  • Investigate and process workplace accidents occurring within the company.
  • Carry out management visits to centres to review documentation and monitor working conditions.
  • Participate in meetings of the Health and Safety Committees of the different centres.
  • In addition, promote and ensure compliance with the established ethical principles, which are fully reflected in the content of the Code of Ethics and Conduct, and ensure that no potentially unlawful conduct occurs from a criminal law perspective.
