Mission
To cover the administrative and technical needs of the office, ensuring compliance with the legal regulations and operational procedures established by the bank, as well as providing support for client activity with maximum efficiency and quality of service, regardless of the segment to which they belong.

Responsibilities
. To ensure, within the scope of the office, compliance with client instructions, ensuring adherence to legal, accounting, and operational regulations, while safeguarding the supporting documents for operations.

. Comply with the guidelines of SSCC by applying the circulars and specific regulations on cash, security, and management of the cash for which he/she is responsible.

. As a member of the Office Loan Committee, ensure strict compliance with the agreements of said committee regarding limits, formalization, and control of delinquency.

. Collaborate with the Manager in achieving the established goals, taking advantage of the flow of customers in the office for the management, cross-selling of products, and use of more efficient channels.

. Ensure maximum quality

. In collaboration with the Director, they will be responsible for maintaining the Corporate image as defined at any given time by the General Management of the Bank.

Misión
Cubrir las necesidades técnico-administrativas de la oficina, garantizando el cumplimiento de la normativa legal y los procedimientos operativos establecido por el banco, así como garantizar el soporte a la actividad de clientes con la máxima eficiencia y calidad de servicio, independiente del segmento al que pertenezcan.

Responsabilidades
. Garantizar dentro del ámbito de la oficina el cumplimiento de las instrucciones de los clientes, asegurándose del cumplimiento de la normativa legal, contable y operativa, custodiando los documentos soporte de las operaciones.

. Cumplir las directrices de SSCC aplicando las circulares y normativas específicas sobre caja, seguridad, gestión del efectivo del cual es responsable.

. Como miembro de la Comisión de Prestamos de la Oficina, velará por el estricto cumplimiento de los acuerdos de dicha comisión en materia de límites, formalización y control de la morosidad.

. Colaborar con el Director en la consecución de los objetivos marcados, aprovechando el flujo de clientes en la oficina para la gestión, venta cruzada de productos y de utilización de canales más eficientes.

. Garantizar la máxima calidad a los clientes que utilicen los servicios de la oficina.

. En colaboración con el Director se ocupará del mantenimiento de la imagen Corporativa definida en cada momento por la Dirección General de Banco.
