Job description:

We are hiring a manager for our new store and under our new brand, Pirineos Republic (Grupo Barrabes).
Managers in our Pirineos Republic stores live the world of fashion within the Outdoor field, so you will certainly be very busy making sure the rest of the team lives and enjoys it, just as you do.

Functions:

• You will animate and motivate our sales team and analyze commercial indicators.
• You will lead a new project and the commercial policies established by the company management.
• You will apply the brand's merchandising concept.
• You will have to direct, accompany, and train your team.
• Organization of the point of sale (Planning tasks, cash register, sales, warehouse, etc.).
• You have only one goal: to meet your objectives (yes, we are ambitious!), managing your store with «styles, pep's & fun» (style, spark, and fun)!

Responsibilities:

• Implementation, monitoring, and execution of the company's strategic plan in the commercial area.
• Management and direction of the sales team.
