• You have experience in store operations, stock management, or visual/logistics in fashion or other retail sectors.

As Warehouse Manager, you will lead the internal smooth running of the store. You will guarantee efficient management of deliveries, the warehouse, product rotation, and operational routines. Additionally, you will train and support the team so that everything is ready and functions efficiently.

• Guarantee the daily operational functioning of the store, leading with efficiency, organization, and a collaborative spirit.
• Coordinate the reception of merchandise, stock flow, and the agile rotation of product toward the sales floor.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse in optimal conditions: accessible, clean, functional, and safe.
• Apply and control loss prevention, security, and inventory management routines.
• You ensure that the entire team knows and correctly executes operational processes: deliveries, replenishment, inventory, sustainability, and legal compliance.
• Support the Store Manager in weekly operational planning and in the analysis of KPIs related to productivity, rotation, and efficiency.
• Train and accompany the team in operational tasks, detecting needs, reinforcing routines, and fostering a culture of shared responsibility.
