About the role

We are looking for a Document Controller to manage, organize, and control project documentation, ensuring proper traceability of information, compliance with established procedures, and efficient coordination among technical teams, Project Managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

The selected candidate will play a key role in document management across multiple projects, ensuring the quality, integrity, and availability of documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle.

What you'll do

  • Manage document management platforms used across various projects and clients.
  • Manage the registration, distribution, filing, and tracking of technical and administrative documentation.
  • Prepare and coordinate transmittals and document exchanges with clients, contractors, and collaborators.
  • Keep document records, revisions, statuses, nomenclatures, and metadata up to date.
  • Ensure proper traceability and preservation of project documentation.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of document records and databases to identify issues or pending information.
  • Track deliverables, comments, responses, and revisions through to completion.
  • Verify documentation before issuance, ensuring compliance with client and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and engineering teams to gather information and manage deliverables.
  • Identify and communicate deviations or incomplete documentation for correction.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of document processes and procedures.
  • Manage priorities and deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements
