Direct, organize and coordinate the material and labor resources required in the production process assigned to their area of responsibility, in accordance with the manufacturing plan and occupational health and safety regulations, following the quality and safety standards of products and production processes, and proposing appropriate improvements.

•    Monitor the Section's performance indicators, as well as the inventory of raw materials, auxiliary materials and work-in-progress products, adopting the appropriate measures.

•    Supervise compliance with the traceability protocols for the products managed.

•    Establish, implement and enforce the activities related to Organization, Order and Cleanliness in their Section, supervising the proper condition of the Section's facilities and equipment.

•    Ensure the correct use of the administration and management systems of their Section.

•    Implement TPM methodology and ensure its continuity. Autonomous Maintenance pillar.

•    Ensure the integration of the fundamental TPM pillars, promoting a culture of performing autonomous maintenance tasks and collaborating in the creation of manuals.

•    Manage their team, ensuring coordination, training, motivation and alignment with the Company's objectives and values.

•    Assume the management and coordination functions of the Operations Management designated by the Operations Manager and/or the Industrial Director.

Requirements

•    University degree in Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Veterinary Medicine, or similar.

•    Knowledge of Safety and Prevention.

•    Knowledge of Continuous Improvement (TPM, Lean Manufacturing, etc.).

•    Ability to lead people.

•    Strong knowledge of the TPM system, Advanced Maintenance pillar.

•    2-3 years of experience managing teams in the production area.

•    Advanced level of English.

•    Advanced level of Microsoft Office.
