Mission

Ensure smooth coordination between Supply Chain and Commercial areas, acting as a reference in transport management and promoting operational excellence through continuous improvement methodologies. Responsible for leading the implementation, execution, and automation of processes associated with the transport platform (TMS, POD, Cost Control, Yard Management, Track & Trace), managing cross-functional projects and ensuring compliance with key service and efficiency KPIs, including OTIF, truck occupancy, and route and transport cycle optimization.

- Definition and optimization of the Primary Transport network to achieve cost and customer service objectives across Sigma operations (exports and imports).

- Analysis of transport sector trends and alignment of department strategies.

- Creation, development, and maintenance of partnerships with strategic suppliers.

- Development and implementation of the Transport Management System (TMS, Yard Management…).

- Coordination with Procurement for the tendering and contracting of new Primary Transport suppliers.

- Control and management of the department budget in compliance with objectives (AOP).

- Creation and management of monthly reports, KPIs.

- Point of contact between Primary Transport and Sigma Commercial, Customers, and Business Units.

- Collaboration and management with different departments both within and outside Supply Chain.

Requirements

- Education: University degree and a master's in logistics is valued.

- Experience: At least 2 years in similar roles in large-scale distribution, valued in the food sector.

- Languages: At least B2 in English. German, French, Portuguese, Italian are valued.

- IT skills: Knowledge of computer tools, TMS, SAP ERP.

- Person with initiative, dynamism, flexibility, and results-oriented, with the ability to establish personal relationships with internal and external customers.
