• Inspection of all vehicle windows at the agreed service center, in order to diagnose their condition in compliance with Carglass quality standards, and thus be able to offer an immediate solution to customers (on-site repair, window replacement, or referral to a Carglass center). It is essential that the technician builds relationships at the locations where events are held and remains alert to the various opportunities for attracting new business for Carglass.

• Completion of administrative tasks at the end of the workday. Follow-up and maintenance of administrative work tools (Workshop Program, Production Drive, Planning and invoicing).

• Warehouse maintenance at the base center and mobile unit, managing orders and receipt of material stock, ensuring supply to guarantee Customer Service.

• Performing services at the agreed establishments, following the scheduled agenda and the action protocol.

• Carrying out training and refresher courses from the Technical Department, in order to work in accordance with the procedures stipulated by Carglass.

• Carrying out repairs on vehicles belonging to customers who visit the agreed establishments, following the technical, informational, and administrative protocol established by Carglass.

• Attracting and advising customers who have a break in their vehicle windows that requires their replacement, referring these opportunities to Carglass centers, using the sending system stipulated by Carglass.

• Revisión de todas las lunas de los vehículos que entren al centro de servicio pactado de trabajo, con el fin de diagnosticar el estado de las mismas cumpliendo los estándares de calidad de Carglass, y poder así ofrecer una solución inmediata a los clientes, (Reparación in-situ, sustitución de Lunas derivando a algún centro Carglass). Es fundamental que el técnico genere relaciones en los centros donde se realizan los eventos y se mantenga alerta a las diferentes oportunidades de captación de negocio nuevo para Carglass.

• Completar las gestiones administrativas a la finalización de la jornada. Hacer seguimiento y mantener actualizadas las herramientas de trabajo administrativas (Programa de Talleres, Drive de Producción, Planificación y facturación).

• Mantenimiento de almacén en centro base y Unidad móvil, gestionando los pedidos y recepción de Stock de material, asegurando el suministro para asegurar el Servicio al Cliente.

• Realizar los servicios en los establecimientos pactados siguiendo la agenda programada y el protocolo de actuación.

• Realizar las formaciones y reciclajes del Departamento Técnico, para trabajar con los Procedimientos estipulados por Carglass.

• Realizar las reparaciones en vehículos de clientes que acudan a los establecimientos pactados, siguiendo el protocolo técnico, informativo y administrativo establecido por Carglass.

• Captar y asesorar a clientes que tengan una rotura en las lunas de su vehículo que implique la sustitución de las mismas, derivando estas oportunidades a centros de Carglass, usando el sistema de envío estipulado por Carglass.
