Do you want to be part of the digital revolution in the financial world? We are looking for an innovative and proactive professional to lead the transformation of our economic-financial processes and enhance the value of our Management Control and Reporting area.

What we expect from you: 

You will be part of the Financial Services management team in the Chemicals business. You will be responsible for driving the digitalization and automation of key processes, with a special focus on Management Control and Reporting. In addition, you will collaborate on cross-functional tasks, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing new ways of working that ensure milestones are met on time and in form, generating greater value for the organization and effectively managing change.

Your main duties will be:

• Lead internal improvement projects in Management Control and Reporting, coordinating teams of employees and external consultants.

• Identify improvement points and efficiencies in current processes and systems, applying Lean methodologies and digital technologies.

• Analyze existing systems in depth and adapt them to the Group's new requirements, in coordination with the Ditex area (SAP S/4HANA implementation).

• Collaborate with different Financial Services areas to identify and implement process improvements.

• Carry out cross-functional tasks typical of Management Control, together with other business line Controllers.

• Prepare periodic management reports for Management, providing key information for decision-making.

• Address and coordinate the financial information needs of internal clients.

• Participate in ad-hoc projects of the area or the business, contributing your expertise and knowledge.

• Analyze historical data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that impact business areas.

• Develop prospective analyses (forecasts) using machine learning, artificial intelligence, and algorithms that allow simulating different scenarios.

• Collaborate with the Digitalization, Transformation, and Excellence area in the development and implementation of these analyses.

• Coordinate and parameterize digital support tools, ensuring their updating and adaptation to business needs.

What we are looking for

• University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.

• Advanced and fluent level of English.

• Excellent analytical skills and data management.

• Solid knowledge of accounting.

• Experience with planning and budgeting tools (SAP S/4HANA, FI, CO, BPC), Tagetik, Power BI, among others. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Copilot, Python, or other similar technologies will be valued.

• Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence (data mining, metrics, statistical analysis, queries, descriptive analyses).

• Minimum 5-7 years of prior experience as a Controller, with participation in digital projects and data analysis.

• Preferably, experience in business groups in the chemical, energy, or industrial sector.

Qué esperamos de ti: 

Formarás parte de la dirección de Servicios Financieros en el negocio de la Química. Serás responsable de impulsar la digitalización y automatización de procesos clave, con especial foco en Control de Gestión y Reporting. Además, colaborarás en tareas transversales, identificando oportunidades de mejora y proponiendo nuevas formas de trabajo que aseguren el cumplimiento de los hitos en tiempo y forma, generando mayor valor para la organización y gestionando eficazmente el cambio.

Tus principales funciones serán:

• Liderar proyectos de mejora interna en Control de Gestión y Reporting, coordinando equipos de empleados y consultores externos.

• Detectar puntos de mejora y eficiencias en procesos y sistemas actuales, aplicando metodologías Lean y tecnologías digitales.

• Analizar en profundidad los sistemas existentes y adaptarlos a los nuevos requerimientos del Grupo, en coordinación con el área de Ditex (implementación SAP S/4HANA).

• Colaborar con diferentes áreas de Servicios Financieros para identificar e implementar mejoras en procesos.

• Realizar tareas transversales propias de Control de Gestión, en conjunto con otros Controllers de línea de negocio.

• Elaborar informes de gestión periódicos para la Dirección, brindando información clave para la toma de decisiones.

• Atender y coordinar las necesidades de información financiera de los clientes internos.

• Participar en proyectos ad-hoc del área o del negocio, aportando tu expertise y conocimientos.

• Analizar datos históricos para identificar tendencias, patrones y correlaciones que impacten en las áreas de negocio.

• Desarrollar análisis prospectivos (forecast) utilizando tecnologías de machine learning, inteligencia artificial y algoritmos que permitan simular diferentes escenarios.

• Colaborar con el área de Digitalización, Transformación y Excelencia en el desarrollo e implementación de estos análisis.

• Coordinar y parametrizar las herramientas digitales de soporte, asegurando su actualización y adaptación a las necesidades del negocio.

Qué estamos buscando

• Titulación universitaria en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía, Matemáticas, Ingeniería o afines.

• Nivel avanzado y fluido de inglés.

• Excelentes habilidades analíticas y gestión de datos.

• Conocimientos sólidos en contabilidad.

• Experiencia en herramientas de planificación y presupuestación (SAP S/4HANA, FI, CO, BPC), Tagetik, Power BI, entre otras. Manejo avanzado de MS Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint. Se valorará conocimientos en Copilot, Python u otras tecnologías similares.

• Conocimientos en data analytics y business intelligence (minería de datos, métricas, análisis estadísticos, consultas, análisis descriptivos).

• Mínimo 5-7 años de experiencia previa como Controller, con participación en proyectos digitales y análisis de datos.

• Preferentemente, experiencia en grupos empresariales del sector químico, energético o industrial.
