Students in the final years of a degree or master's program in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related fields.
Have at least 120 approved credits, with active enrollment at a university (with an internship agreement).
Curricular or extracurricular internships.
Eagerness to learn, grow, and bring rigor to operational management and support for labor relations.
Analytical skills for interpreting labor regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and personnel data management.
Strong communication skills for liaising and providing support in regulatory and organizational processes.
Knowledge and proficiency in the MS Office suite (especially Excel for operational management and PowerPoint).
Curiosity about process automation, labor law, and the operational functioning of Human Resources.
Minimum duration of 6 months with the possibility of an extension.
