The mission is to manage products within the Rare Diseases unit, define and implement marketing strategies, conduct market analysis, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet the needs of patients and healthcare professionals. • Define the vision, strategy, and action plan for the products
• Adapt global strategies to the local market
• Conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities, and manage the marketing budget
• Monitor the strategy and activities of competitors
• Lead multidisciplinary teams (Marketing, Medical, Sales, Regulatory, Finance, etc.)
• Build trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Hospital Pharmacy stakeholders, positioning Chiesi as a leader in Rare Diseases

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Health Sciences
• Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing or MBA
• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in hospital-based products; Rare Diseases, Oncology, and Hematology experience is highly valued
• Experience managing Key Opinion Leaders
• Experience managing product portfolios and prioritizing key brands
• Experience in developing digital marketing strategies
• Native Spanish, advanced English
