Mission
The main mission of this position will be the business development of NHCO Nutrition in the assigned area through optimal commercial management, which includes the prospecting and acquisition of potential pharmacies, as well as their loyalty through technical training consultation and sell-out support for the brand inside and outside the point of sale.
Functions and responsibilities
- Responsible for the prospecting and acquisition of new clients according to the pharmacy profile and segmentation defined in the assigned area.
- Responsible for the promotion and listing of all NHCO brand products in their area, as well as being in charge of their own organization and the results obtained.
- Responsible for the application of product training plans, micro-nutrition, and recommendation protocols to the pharmacy teams responsible for recommendations.
- Responsible for the attendance and summoning of clients to external training sessions with experts (webinars, local meetings...).
- Activate points of sale with the necessary loyalty and training tools to ensure the fulfillment of customer experience objectives, based on consultative selling.
- Ensure optimal assortment in all activated points of sale and manage the monitoring of product rotation in clients.
- Manage the OFF/ON point of sale, ensuring the management of the nutraceutical category shelf with brand presence and visibility inside and outside the physical point of sale (online: brand implementation on clients' exclusive online platforms, social networks, e-commerce).
Requirements

Esta posición tendrá como misión principal el desarrollo del negocio NHCO Nutrition en la zona asignada a través de una óptima gestión comercial que incluye la prospección y captación de farmacias potenciales además de su fidelización a través de la consulta formativa técnica y soporte sell-out de la marca dentro y fuera del punto de venta.
Funciones y responsabilidades
- Tendrá bajo su responsabilidad la prospección y captación de nuevos clientes según perfil y segmentación de farmacia definida en la zona asignada.
- Será el responsable de la promoción y referenciación de todos los productos de la marca NHCO en su zona, además de ser el encargado de su propia organización y de los resultados obtenidos.
- Se encargará de la aplicación de los planes formativos de producto, micro-nutrición y protocolos de recomendación a los equipos de la farmacia responsables de la recomendación.
- Se responsabilizará de las asistencias y convocatorias de clientes a formaciones externas con expertos (webinars, reuniones locales...).
- Activará los puntos de venta con herramientas de fidelización y formativas necesarias para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de experiencia al cliente, basándose en una venta consultiva.
- Asegurará un surtido óptimo en todos los puntos de venta activados y gestionará el seguimiento de rotación de producto en clientes.
- Gestionará el punto de venta OFF/ON, asegurando la gestión del lineal de la categoría nutraceúticos con presencia de la marca y su visibilidad dentro y fuera del punto de venta físico (online: implantación de la marca en plataformas online exclusivas de los clientes, RRSS, e-commerce)
Requerimientos
- Experiencia previa como comercial de farmacia en productos en productos nutraceúticos, dietética, nutrición.
- Se valorará estudios en ciencias de la salud, especialmente con conocimientos de fisiología humana.
