As aCustomer Service Advisor on our team, you will:

- Handle customer calls (pharmaceutical)
- Provide information, resolve issues, manage invoices, orders, deliveries, etc.
- Deliver excellent quality service to the customer.

-You have a bilingual level of Spanish and Basque
-You are a dynamic and responsible person
-You have good communication and organizational skills
-You are punctual, agile, and eager to work
-You can work in a team
-You have at least basic user-level knowledge of office software

- You have knowledge of SAP
- You have knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector or environment
