Electrical Team Leader and Industrial Maintenance Manager in Morata de Tajuña

At ConfiARTE Selección we have a challenge tailored to you. We are looking for an Electrical Team Leader to coordinate the maintenance of a benchmark industrial plant in Morata de Tajuña (Madrid).

• Leading and organizing: Planning shifts, assigning work orders, and coordinating your technical team.
• Problem-solving and strategy: Managing critical breakdowns, scheduled shutdowns, and incidents in real time.
• Hands-on technical work: Interpreting electrical schematics, supervising preventive/corrective maintenance, and optimizing processes.
• Direct liaison: Preparing technical reports and being the voice of the service to the client.
• Safety first: Ensuring the entire team works in line with occupational health and safety standards and electrical regulations.

• Education: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Electricity, Electrotechnology, or industrial automation.
• Experience: At least 3 years managing technical teams in demanding industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge: Low/Medium/High Voltage, PLCs, variable frequency drives, motors, networks, and instrumentation.
• Essential: Driving licence B and own vehicle to get to the plant.

• Valuable: Specific occupational health and safety training (working at heights, confined spaces, electrical risk).

• Great schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (afternoons free for you).

You will be the technical reference for a team of approximately 10 technicians, ensuring that production never stops and that work is carried out with the highest quality and safety standards.

En ConfiARTE Selección tenemos un reto a tu medida. Buscamos a un/a Jefe/a de Equipo Eléctrico para coordinar el mantenimiento de una planta industrial de referencia en Morata de Tajuña (Madrid).

• Liderar y organizar: Planificar turnos, repartir órdenes de trabajo y coordinar a tu equipo técnico.
• Resolución y estrategia: Gestionar averías críticas, paradas programadas e incidencias en tiempo real.
• Técnica en campo: Interpretar esquemas eléctricos, supervisar mantenimientos preventivos/correctivos y optimizar procesos.
• Interlocución directa: Elaborar informes técnicos y ser la voz del servicio frente al cliente.
• Seguridad ante todo: Garantizar que todo el equipo trabaje bajo los estándares de PRL y normativa eléctrica.

• Formación: FP Medio o Superior en Electricidad, Electrotecnia o automatización industrial.
• Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años gestionando equipos técnicos en entornos industriales exigentes.
• Conocimientos potentes: Baja/Media/Alta Tensión, PLCs, variadores de frecuencia, motores, redes e instrumentación.
• Imprescindible: Carnet B y vehículo propio para llegar a planta.

• Valorable: Formación en PRL específica (alturas, espacios confinados, riesgo eléctrico).

• Horario TOP: Lunes a viernes de 07:00 a 15:00h (tardes libres para ti).
• Estabilidad total: Contrato indefinido en un proyecto industrial consolidado.
