The role

What you'll do

Coordinate the execution of the assembly according to the schedule, drawings and technical specifications.
Supervise in-house and subcontractor teams on site.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Verify defined quality standards.
Control the supply and reception of precast elements.
Resolve technical issues during assembly.
Maintain communication with the project management, safety coordinators and the client.
Prepare progress reports and necessary documentation.
Optimize human and technical resources.

We are looking for a Site Manager for prefabricated construction to plan, coordinate and supervise the assembly of precast concrete structures, ensuring deadlines, costs, quality, safety and applicable regulations, optimizing resources and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Education: Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Technical Architecture or similar.
H&S: Minimum 60 hours of training.
Experience: Over 3 years in construction management, especially in prefabricated assembly.
Knowledge:
- Reading of drawings and technical documentation.
- Assembly and fixing techniques for precast structures.
- Technical and safety regulations on site.
Skills: Leadership, decision-making, results orientation, communication, organization, and ability to work under pressure.
Languages: English valued.
Other: Availability for frequent travel within the Central region.
