We are looking for a Site Manager for prefabricated construction to plan, coordinate and supervise the assembly of precast concrete structures, ensuring deadlines, costs, quality, safety and applicable regulations, optimizing resources and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

• Essential experience in prefabricated construction
• Willingness to travel regularly

• Education: Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Technical Architecture or similar.
• H&S: Minimum 60 hours of training.
• Experience: Over 3 years in construction management, especially in prefabricated assembly.
• Knowledge:
  • Reading of drawings and technical documentation.
  • Assembly and fixing techniques for precast structures.
  • Technical and safety regulations on site.
• Skills: Leadership, decision-making, results orientation, communication, organization, and ability to work under pressure.
• Languages: English valued.
• Other: Availability for frequent travel within the Central region.

• Indispensable experiencia en prefabricados
• Movilidad geográfica puntual

• Formación: Ingeniería Civil, Edificación, Arquitectura Técnica o similar.
• PRL: Formación mínima 60h.
• Experiencia: +3 años en gestión de obra, especialmente montaje de prefabricados.
• Conocimientos:
  • Interpretación de planos y documentación técnica.
  • Técnicas de montaje y fijación de estructuras prefabricadas.
  • Normativa técnica y de seguridad en obra.
• Competencias: Liderazgo, toma de decisiones, orientación a resultados, comunicación, organización, trabajo bajo presión.
• Idiomas: Inglés valorable.
