Senior HSE Technician - Health and Safety in railway project

At ConfiARTE we are recruiting a Senior Occupational Risk Prevention Technician to join a major railway and industrial project in Tarragona.

The selected candidate will be a key figure in ensuring that civil works, building, track, electrification and installations are carried out to the highest safety standards.

• Implement and monitor the Health and Safety Plan.
• Supervise daily safety conditions at the worksites.
• Manage the Coordination of Business Activities.
• Review the preventive documentation of companies and workers.
• Carry out inspections, preventive observations and coordination meetings.
• Deliver inductions, talks and awareness-raising actions.
• Investigate incidents and accidents and propose corrective measures.
• Control work permits, procedures and special activities.
• Coordinate with production, supervisors, subcontractors and prevention services.
• Prepare reports and documentation for audits and client visits.

• Salary of EUR 36,000 to 42,000 gross per year.
• Project of high complexity and relevance.
• Direct contact with different construction specialties.
• Broad autonomy in the development of the preventive function.

• University Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, preferably with all three specialties.
• Minimum of three years' experience in prevention within the construction sector.
• Experience in civil, railway, industrial works or installations.
• Knowledge of CAE and preventive document management.
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain a constant presence on site.
• Communication skills, firmness and a preventive approach.
• Availability to work on-site in Tarragona.

En ConfiARTE seleccionamos un/a Técnico/a Superior de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales para incorporarse a una importante obra ferroviaria e industrial en Tarragona.

La persona seleccionada será una figura clave para garantizar que los trabajos de obra civil, edificación, vía, electrificación e instalaciones se desarrollan bajo los más altos estándares de seguridad.

• Implantar y realizar el seguimiento del Plan de Seguridad y Salud.
• Supervisar diariamente las condiciones de seguridad de los tajos.
• Gestionar la Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales.
• Revisar la documentación preventiva de empresas y trabajadores.
• Realizar inspecciones, observaciones preventivas y reuniones de coordinación.
• Impartir acogidas, charlas y acciones de sensibilización.
• Investigar incidentes y accidentes y proponer medidas correctoras.
• Controlar permisos de trabajo, procedimientos y actividades especiales.
• Coordinarse con producción, encargados, subcontratas y servicios de prevención.
• Preparar informes y documentación para auditorías y visitas de la propiedad.

• Salario de 36.000 a 42.000 € brutos anuales.

Construcción

• Máster Universitario en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, preferentemente con las tres especialidades.
• Experiencia mínima de tres años en prevención dentro del sector construcción.
• Experiencia en obra civil, ferroviaria, industrial o instalaciones.
• Conocimientos de CAE y gestión documental preventiva.
• Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y mantener una presencia constante en campo.
• Habilidades de comunicación, firmeza y orientación preventiva.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en Tarragona.
