Behind every successful creative campaign is a team ensuring ideas, content and assets move seamlessly from brief through to delivery. As a Traffic Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping DAZN's creative operation running efficiently across Portugal and Spain.

You'll manage workflows, timelines, priorities and stakeholder communication, ensuring creative teams have the clarity and resources they need to deliver high-quality work.

You'll act as a central point of coordination between the Portugal and Spain offices, local creative teams, central HQ and India, helping to ensure projects remain on track and potential risks are identified and addressed early. You'll also contribute to the continuous improvement of creative operations by helping implement best-practice workflows, templates and automation that improve efficiency and consistency across the wider creative organisation.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate creative requests from initial intake through to final delivery using ClickUp
  • Maintain project schedules, task assignments and production timelines across Portugal and Spain
  • Track project status, dependencies, risks and deadlines, proactively identifying and escalating potential issues
  • Ensure creative briefs are complete, approved and ready before work begins

  • Act as a primary point of contact between marketing, social, programming, editorial and creative teams
  • Facilitate project kick-offs, reviews and regular status updates
  • Collect and consolidate stakeholder feedback, ensuring revisions are clear and actionable
  • Set expectations around timelines, scope and delivery milestones
  • Coordinate reviews and approvals to ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines, technical specifications and creative standards
