You will participate in the evolution of our olive grove business management, connecting the needs of the agricultural area with the possibilities offered by data, processes, and technology. Your work will contribute to improving available information, facilitating decision-making, and implementing solutions that are useful for the teams.
Act as a liaison between the agricultural area, Technical Management, Business Support, and Systems.
Understand operational needs and translate them into improvements in processes, tools, and management information.
Analyze operational and economic indicators, costs, and budget deviations to facilitate decision-making.
Ensure the quality, traceability, and reliability of the data used in olive grove management.
Drive the implementation of digital tools and new working models, ensuring they respond to business needs.
Accompany teams in the adoption of implemented solutions and detect opportunities for continuous improvement.
Córdoba or Seville. The position requires availability to travel regularly to our agricultural holdings in Spain and Portugal.
