Main responsibilities

• Attend to and advise customers in a personalized manner, providing solutions and creating a positive experience in the store.

• Keep the section tidy, attractive, and ready for sale (order, replenishment, and care of the sales floor).

• Participate actively in commercial animation: promotions, campaigns, and sporting events.

• Contribute to the achievement of commercial and customer satisfaction objectives.

• Work in a team in a dynamic environment, adapting to peaks of activity and changing priorities.

• Stay up to date on products, fitness trends, and new sporting practices.

This position combines direct contact with the customer, operational work in-store, and a results orientation.
