Sports Seller - Running and Health

At Decathlon Albacete, we are looking for a RUNNING and HEALTH SPORTS SELLER to join our team: someone who dares, who is not afraid to make mistakes, who makes decisions every day and who seeks to progress in their craft to contribute to our sense of company and to satisfy each of our sports customers.

What you will do on a day-to-day basis:

• Advise and accompany running and health practitioners in their choice of equipment, footwear, technology, and nutrition.

• Guarantee the stock, availability, and excellent presentation of the Running and Health offering in the store.

• Guarantee omnichannelity, offering digital solutions to customers within the point of sale.

• Decide on the commercial management and layout of your section to maximize customer satisfaction and category performance.

• Participate in local sports dynamics and events to connect the store with the Albacete running community.

How would we love for you to be?

• Passionate about Running and a Healthy Lifestyle: You practice running in your daily life (road, trail, athletics) and/or live the world of wellness, nutrition, and health care. You love sharing your experience with other runners and athletes.

• Product and Customer Experience Oriented: You feel passion for running sports equipment, sports electronics, and health supplementation. You always seek to offer the best selection and advice to our sports customers in Albacete.

• Autonomous and Decisive: You are capable of making decisions regarding your perimeter of responsibility in the Running and Health section, guaranteeing the availability and perfect visibility of products and services, both in physical and digital commerce.

• Innovative and Proactive: You propose new ideas and solutions at all levels to boost the sport of running in our store and in the local community.

• Continuous Learner: You have the desire to progress in your training and you are passionate about learning something new every day about product, omnichannelity, and customer service.

• An athlete who incorporates sport as a regular practice.
• Availability of working hours including weekends.

• University studies or higher vocational training (valuable).

Vendedor/a Deportista - Running y Salud

En Decathlon, el deporte forma parte de nuestro ADN, es nuestro interés común y se vive en nuestro día a día.

Estamos en constante evolución y tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar en diferentes proyectos. En Decathlon Albacete, estamos en búsqueda de un/a VENDEDOR/A DEPORTISTA de Running y Salud que se una a nuestro equipo: alguien que se atreva, que no tenga miedo a equivocarse, que tome decisiones cada día y que busque progresar en su oficio para contribuir a nuestro sentido de empresa y a satisfacer a cada uno de nuestros clientes deportistas.

Lo que harás en tu día a día:

• Asesorar y acompañar a los practicantes de running y salud en su elección de equipamiento, calzado, tecnología y nutrición.

• Garantizar el stock, la disponibilidad y la excelente presentación de la oferta de Running y Salud en la tienda.

• Garantizar la omnicanalidad, ofreciendo soluciones digitales a los clientes dentro del punto de venta.

• Decidir sobre la gestión comercial y layout de tu sección para maximizar la satisfacción del cliente y el rendimiento de la categoría.

• Participar en las dinámicas y eventos deportivos locales para conectar la tienda con la comunidad de corredores de Albacete.

¿Cómo nos encantaría que fueras?

• Apasionado/a del Running y la Vida Saludable: Practicas running en tu día a día (asfalto, trail, atletismo) y/o vives el mundo del bienestar, la nutrición y el cuidado de la salud. Te encanta compartir tu experiencia con otros corredores y deportistas.

• Orientado/a al Producto y la Experiencia Cliente: Sientes pasión por el material deportivo de running, electrónica deportiva y suplementación de salud. Buscas ofrecer siempre la mejor oferta y asesoramiento a nuestros clientes deportistas en Albacete.

• Autónomo/a y Decidido/a: Eres capaz de tomar decisiones sobre tu perímetro de responsabilidad en la sección de Running y Salud, garantizando la disponibilidad y la perfecta visibilidad de los productos y servicios, tanto en el comercio físico como digital.

• Innovador/a y Proactivo/a: Propones nuevas ideas y soluciones a todos los niveles para impulsar el deporte del running en nuestra tienda y en la comunidad local.

• Aprendiz Continuo/a: Tienes ganas de progresar en tu formación y te apasiona aprender algo nuevo cada día sobre producto, omnicanalidad y atención al cliente.

• Deportista que incorpore el deporte como práctica habitual.
• Disponibilidad horaria incluyendo fines de semana.

• Estudios universitarios o ciclo formativo superior (valorable).
