Business Operations Consultant - Energy, Infrastructure and Telecommunications (Madrid)

We serve a wide range of clients, including the Energy, Infrastructure and Telecommunications sectors, which benefit from strategic and operational advisory services. In this team we develop projects related to the transformation of operating and organizational models, the transformation of commercial and digital relationship models, financial optimization and change management, always in the context of responding to the major transformational challenges of our clients.

You will take part in projects such as:

• Operational transformation

• Definition of operating and organizational models
• Efficiency and productivity plans, transformation offices, etc.
• Contact Center models
• Definition of shared services centers
• Business process reengineering
• Transformation of the finance function
• Commercial transformation
• Definition and support for digital and commercial transformation
• Customer management models
• Design of omnichannel models
• Commercial methodology
• New channels and revenue streams
• Project offices

Your role as a Consultant would be:

• Lead the development of work streams within projects
• Conceptualize solutions to business problems
• Carry out analyses and deliverables during project execution.
• Prepare meetings with the rest of the project team to share and validate results with the client.
• Collaborate in the preparation of commercial proposals
• Contribute to the development of the Business Operations Strategy and Operations Consulting division.

We are looking for:

• Preferred education: Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
• Candidates with a Master's degree and/or postgraduate courses will be positively valued
• 2-5 years of experience in business consulting and/or transformation, financial optimization and digital transformation projects

Other Requirements:

• High level of English, both oral and written (will be assessed during the selection process)
• A strong academic record will be positively valued
• Internships in companies, international stays (Erasmus) and knowledge of other languages will be positively valued.

If you have 2-5 years of experience, a university degree, analytical skills, structuring abilities, synthesis, and strong interpersonal and communication skills, you are the person we are looking for! We also highly value experience with banking/insurance clients or professional services firms.

• Transformación operativa

• Definición de modelos operativos y organizativos
• Planes de eficiencia y productividad, oficinas de transformación, etc.
• Modelos de Contact Center
• Definición de centros de servicios compartidos
• Reingeniería de procesos de negocio
• Transformación de la función financiera
• Transformación comercial
• Definición y soporte a la transformación digital y comercial
• Modelos de gestión de clientes
• Diseño de modelos de Omnicanalidad
• Sistemática comercial
• Nuevos canales y fuentes de ingresos
• Oficinas de proyecto

Tu rol como Consultor sería:

• Liderar el desarrollo de líneas de trabajo dentro de los proyectos
• Conceptualizar soluciones sobre problemas del negocio
• Realizar análisis y entregables durante la ejecución del proyecto.
• Preparar con el resto del equipo de proyecto las reuniones para compartir y validar resultados con el cliente.
• Colaborar en la elaboración de ofertas comerciales
• Contribuir al desarrollo de la división de Consultoría de Estrategia y Operaciones de Business Operations.

Buscamos:

• Formación preferente: Ingenierías, ADE o Economía
• Valoraremos positivamente candidatos con Master y/o cursos de postgrado
• Experiencia de 2-5 años en consultoría de negocio y/o en proyectos de transformación, optimización financiera y transformación digital

Habilidades:

• Capacidad de resolución de problemas de manera conceptual y creativa
• Visión analítica y capacidad numérica
• Orientación a resultados y orientación al cliente
• Capacidad para estructurar y definir análisis para sacar conclusiones comerciales
• Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo, liderazgo
• Flexibilidad y capacidad para trabajar en entornos de alta presión
• Conciencia comercial

Otros Requisitos:

• Nivel de inglés alto oral y escrito (se evaluará durante el proceso de selección)
• Valoraremos positivamente un buen expediente académico
• Valoraremos prácticas en empresa, estancias internacionales (Erasmus) y conocimiento de otros idiomas.
