At Dia España we want to bring in a HR Administrative Assistant at the new Logistics Center in León, located in the Villadangos del Páramo industrial estate (León). The selected candidate will join the HR administration team with the aim of processing and managing actions related to HR activity in accordance with the standards and procedures previously established, under the supervision of their manager.

Their duties will be:

  • Carry out specific tasks within the department's areas: administration, hiring, payroll, occupational risk prevention, recruitment and training, and any other task assigned to the department, in order to achieve the previously established objectives.

  • Use the area's IT tools to ensure the proper management of the department's documents and information.

  • Complete the necessary procedures at all times with the Official Bodies involved in any of the HR-related processes.

  • Handle and resolve basic labor-related inquiries within their scope of work.
