📢 We Are Looking for a TECHNICIAN (M/F/X) HR GENERALIST in VALLADOLID! 📢

Do you have experience in labor administration and would you like to continue developing in the Human Resources area? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for an organized, rigorous person with a vocation for people to join the Group's HR team, participating in both labor management and selection and development processes.

💡 What you will do on a day-to-day basis:

What you'll do

✔️ Manage and prepare payroll using Sage.

✔️ Process registrations, cancellations, and variations with Social Security.

✔️ Manage contracts, vacations, leaves, and labor incidents.

✔️ Coordinate with official bodies and manage time control using Endalia.

✔️ Coordinate Occupational Risk Prevention actions with the External Prevention Service, as well as training, medical examinations, and documentation.

✔️ Publish job offers, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.

✔️ Follow up on new hires and provide support in training and development.

✔️ Prepare reports and simple indicators and collaborate on updating internal procedures.
