The role

We are looking for a Labor Relations Manager to lead and manage all activities related to labor relations, to join an industrial company in an expansion process.

What you'll do

Manage and supervise labor relations, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
Negotiate collective bargaining agreements and labor agreements with workers' representatives.
Advise management and departments on matters related to labor legislation and internal policies.
Manage and resolve labor disputes effectively.
Supervise disciplinary processes and sick leave, ensuring the correct application of regulations.
Collaborate in developing strategies to improve the workplace climate and foster talent retention.
Supervise the correct management of employment contracts and corresponding documentation.
Support for the labor relations department.
Day-to-day management of employee labor relations.

Description

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Education in Law, Labor Relations, or related fields.
More than 8 years of experience performing the aforementioned duties.
Solid knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and collective bargaining.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Intermediate English.
SAP knowledge is valued.
