Job description

At Dia, we want to bring in an Intern in the Human Resources Department (Recruitment and Initial Training) at the Getafe branch. In this internship, students will provide support in the area and will be able to learn about all the processes, procedures, and tools.

The training will be delivered in person and will cover:

  • Recruitment processes (posting job offers, resume screening, competency-based interviews, preparing reports...).

  • Employer branding actions for DIA (job fairs, talent acquisition programs...).

  • Initial training and onboarding of new employees.

  • Handling the learning tool at a user level: creating groups, setting up activities.

  • Managing databases, using Office, HR, and specific programs of an HR Administration department, for hiring new employees.

Requirements

- Students or recent graduates in Labor Relations, Psychology, or Education.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Availability for full-time work and immediate start.
