The role

From Adecco we are looking to bring in a Recruitment Technician for an important multinational in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning sector.

What you'll do

Manage complete recruitment processes.
Search, screening, and interviewing of candidates.
Management and follow-up of processes through Workday.
Coordination with managers from the different areas.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in staff selection / Recruitment.
Experience using Workday.
Organized, methodical, and autonomous person.
English B1.
Experience selecting technical profiles will be valued.
