About the role
At Digi, we need to hire a Consumer Lawyer who will have the following duties:
What you'll do
- Drafting and updating legal terms and conditions of contracts;
- Providing legal advice to different departments on consumer and telecommunications matters;
- Responding to official requests from the Administration;
- Managing and organizing second-instance claims;
- Providing legal advice on the launch of new products and services;
- Monitoring regulatory changes and collaborating on updating internal procedures to ensure compliance;
- Reviewing advertising campaigns and legal bases for contests.
What we're looking for
A licensed lawyer with at least 5 years of prior experience in consumer law within the legal department of a multinational company or a top-tier law firm.
Office software, advanced user level.
Minimum interest and knowledge as a user of telecommunications services, technology, the Internet, and other related areas.

Experience in the telecommunications sector will be positively valued.

Desde Digi, necesitamos incorporar a un/a Abogado/a de Consumo que tendrá las siguientes funciones:

- Redacción y actualización de condiciones legales de contratación;
- Asesoramiento jurídico a diferentes departamentos de la empresa en materia de consumo y telecomunicaciones;
- Contestación a requerimientos oficiales de la Administración;
- Control y organización de las reclamaciones de segunda instancia;
- Asesoramiento jurídico en el lanzamiento de nuevos productos y servicios;
- Control de los cambios normativos y colaboración en la actualización de los procedimientos internos para su adaptación normativa;
- Revisión de campañas de publicidad y bases legales de concursos.

Ofimática, nivel usuario avanzado.
Interés y conocimientos mínimos como usuario de servicios de telecomunicaciones, tecnología, Internet y otras áreas relacionadas.
