Shop Assistant

We are looking for a shop assistant who will be responsible for promoting and selling our DIGI products in our DIGI Stores.

Position duties:

-         Promotion of products and services in DIGI stores.

-         Processing documents to manage contracts, number portability, etc.

-         Managing these processes, verifying with different DIGI personnel/teams.

-         Providing comprehensive customer service, resolving any questions or needs that arise at the point of sale.

-         After-sales service and resolution of customer issues.

-         Reporting daily sales to the store manager.

-         Distributing brochures in front of the store.

-         Attracting customers in the vicinity of the store.

-         Maintaining order and cleanliness inside the store.

-         Controlling SIM card inventory and store supplies.

-         Experience as a store sales associate (a plus if in telecommunications).

- Experience working towards sales targets.

-         Minimum education: High School Diploma, Intermediate Vocational Training, or equivalent.

-         Basic computer skills.

-         Flexible schedule from Monday to Saturday.

-         Sales skills.

-         Customer and business orientation.

-         Teamwork.

Buscamos un/a dependiente/a de tienda que se encargará de promocionar y vender nuestros productos DIGI en nuestras Stores DIGI.

Funciones de la posición:

-         Promoción de productos y servicios en las tiendas de DIGI.

-         Tramitación de documentos para gestionar contratos, portabilidades, etc.

-         Gestión de las mismas, verificación con diferentes personas/equipos de DIGI.

-         Atención integral a clientes, resolviendo dudas y necesidades que surjan en el punto de venta.

-         Atención posventa y solución de problemas del cliente.

-         Reportar diariamente las ventas al responsable de tiendas.

-         Reparto de revistas delante de la tienda.

-         Captación de clientes en las inmediaciones de la tienda.

-         Mantener el orden y la limpieza dentro de la tienda.

-         Controlar las existencias de tarjetas SIM y dotaciones de la tienda.

-         Formación mínima nivel Bachillerato, FP grado medio o equivalente.

-         Conocimientos Informática nivel usuario.

-         Flexibilidad horaria de lunes a sábado.

-         Habilidades comerciales.

-         Orientación al cliente y al negocio.

-         Trabajo en equipo.
