About the role

We are looking for a Data Architect to join a technology company with its own product and millions of data points processed daily, where information plays a key role in decision-making and business evolution.

The person joining the team will contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's Data Lakehouse architecture, ensuring that data is accessible, reliable, and maintains

clear traceability.

Your goal will be to build and optimize data pipelines that consolidate a Single Source of Truth (SSOT), actively supporting the implementation of Governance frameworks, quality, and regulatory compliance (GDPR). You will work hand in hand with the Analytics and Product teams to facilitate the efficient and secure use of information.

What you'll do

  • Participate in the design and evolution of the data architecture and the Data Lakehouse platform.
  • Build and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines integrating different sources.
  • Design optimized transformation and ingestion processes under modern architectures.
  • Ensure data quality, traceability, and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with BI, Product, and Analytics teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Participate in initiatives related to automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to best practices related to data governance and security.

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in data engineering or data architecture.
  • Experience working with modern architectures such as Data Lakehouse (Databricks, Snowflake, or similar).
  • Advanced level of SQL.
  • Experience with Apache Spark / PySpark.
  • Experience building scalable data pipelines.
  • Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow or similar.
  • Familiarity with dbt.
  • Experience working in Cloud environments.
