About the role

At DigiHunting we are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join a large-scale technology project within the travel sector, taking part in the evolution and modernization of its platform and infrastructure.

We are looking for a senior profile with a solid background in systems, accustomed to working with Linux environments and who has evolved toward areas such as Platform Engineering, automation, cloud, and DevOps.

You will be part of the team responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and evolution of the technology platform, working in critical, high-availability environments.

What you'll do

  • Administration and evolution of Linux systems.
  • Automation of infrastructure and configurations using Ansible and Terraform.
  • Management and operation of Docker and Kubernetes environments.
  • Work with Cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP).
  • Management of data platforms such as MongoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
  • Administration and maintenance of Kafka.
  • Monitoring and observability with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Loki.
  • Automation of tasks using Python and scripting.
  • Participation in the continuous improvement of the platform, identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and availability enhancement.
