We are looking to bring on board a Business Analyst with approximately 2 years of experience, with strong analytical skills, curiosity about how the business works, and a desire to grow in an environment where data becomes action.

What will your mission be?

You will be part of a team with high visibility within the organization, helping to turn large volumes of information into actionable insights to improve efficiency, performance, and business decision-making.

You will also take part in a particularly significant stage for the company, contributing to the adoption of new Artificial Intelligence and automation capabilities.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with:

Approximately 2 years of experience in positions related to data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
Strong analytical skills and structured thinking.
Curiosity, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset.
Interest in understanding the business beyond the numbers.
Ability to learn and adapt in dynamic environments.
Motivation to grow in a context increasingly focused on data and AI.

We will especially value

Knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar data analysis tools.
Experience with visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalents.
Knowledge of process automation.
Interest or experience in Artificial Intelligence, advanced analytics, or AI-based productivity tools.
Experience working with business metrics and supporting decision-making processes.
