About the role

We are looking for a Senior Backend & Cloud Engineer for a growing B2B SaaS scale-up, with a role of day-to-day technical leadership, very close to development and execution.

The position reports to the Head of IT, who leads the technological product vision and architecture.

This role was created to strengthen the technical and infrastructure side, grounding that vision and ensuring the platform is built and scales solidly.

It is not a management or organizational strategy position, but rather a senior, hands-on technical reference role.

  • Be the technical reference for backend and cloud within the team.
  • Actively participate in the development, design, and evolution of the backend.
  • Provide input on decisions regarding infrastructure, scalability, and performance, working with specialized teams when necessary.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
