Requirements
To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in the Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) industry, ideally in areas such as operations, commissioning, asset management, performance monitoring, technical support, solution engineering, or related functions.
- Solid understanding of BESS technologies, system operation, performance optimization, and the technical and commercial challenges faced by asset owners and operators.
- Experience with customer-facing responsibilities with the ability to understand business needs, build trust-based relationships, and deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to conduct business discussions, presentations, and negotiations in both languages.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required to support customers, business development activities, and industry events.
