Ideally in a digital agency or consultancy context, though strong product-side experience from a startup or tech company is just as welcome.
You don't need to design or code, but you know enough about both to hold a real conversation - and ideally you've worked in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. You know your way around AI-tools like Claude to build and validate quickly.
You speak the language of both clients and engineers. You can simplify without dumbing down, and you bring stakeholders with you rather than talking at them.
You have a strong point of view on what makes a great product - and you're open to being wrong about it. You thrive when there's no clear playbook.
Both are used daily across our client base and internal teams, ideally you're fluent in both.

You'll be the connective tissue between clients, designers, and engineers - defining requirements, shaping the UX direction, and driving delivery from first brief to final release.
You'll run workshops, present work, and build genuine trust with the people whose businesses we're shaping. No gatekeepers - you're in the room from day one.
From messy requirements to coherent user flows - you make sense of ambiguity and give your cross-functional team what it needs to move fast and build right.
You'll constantly ask what's next: new features, better flows, smarter frameworks. You're not just managing a backlog - you're raising the bar on what great looks like.
