Your Tasks:

• Requirements elicitation support: gather requirements from our eCommerce stakeholders and document them in JIRA/Confluence.
• Keep our projects documentation up to date.
• Update existing solution functional documentation.
• Update/Enhance User Manual.
• Create new functional documentation for our features.
• Help validate requirements implementation.
• Deal with any support requests and liaise between end user and the Team.
• Learning on a PO path - shadow and support the PO in meetings with Team/Stakeholders.
