Scientific Content Creator (Physics, Optics, Materials or Nanotechnology)

We are looking for a person with a scientific background and a passion for communication, capable of transforming technical concepts into attractive, rigorous, and accessible content. If you enjoy explaining science, creating valuable content, and working in an international and innovative environment, this opportunity is for you.

You will be part of the Marketing department, working cross-functionally with technical teams, product specialists, researchers, and designers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating scientific content for different channels and formats: blogs, articles, newsletters, social media, videos, brochures, white papers, and success stories.
• Converting scientific and technical information into clear, attractive content adapted to both specialized and non-specialized audiences.
• Researching scientific and technological trends related to optical metrology and its fields of application.
• Collaborating with different departments to develop communication actions aligned with business objectives.
• Participating in the organization and communication of trade fairs, workshops, events, and scientific outreach activities.
• Ensuring scientific rigor and the quality of all published content.

• Degree in Physics, Optics, Materials Science, or similar qualifications.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in scientific outreach, science communication, science journalism, or technical content creation.
• Advanced level of English, both oral and written.
• Excellent writing, synthesis, and content editing skills.
• Ability to communicate scientific concepts clearly and understandably.
• Creative, organized, autonomous person with initiative.
• Good communication skills and ease in working with multidisciplinary teams.

• Knowledge of optical metrology or measurement systems
• Master's degree in Science Communication, Scientific Outreach, or related disciplines.

Formaràs part del departament de Màrqueting, treballant de manera transversal amb els equips tècnics, especialistes de producte, investigadors i disseny.

Entre les teves responsabilitats hi haurà:

• Crear contingut científic per a diferents canals i formats: blogs, articles, newsletters, xarxes socials, vídeos, brochures, white papers i casos d'èxit.
• Convertir informació científica i tècnica en continguts clars, atractius i adaptats tant a públic especialitzat com no especialitzat.
• Investigar tendències científiques i tecnològiques relacionades amb la metrologia òptica i els seus àmbits d'aplicació.
• Col·laborar amb els diferents departaments per desenvolupar accions de comunicació alineades amb els objectius de negoci.
• Participar en l'organització i comunicació de fires, workshops, esdeveniments i activitats de divulgació científica.
• Garantir el rigor científic i la qualitat de tots els continguts publicats.

• Grau en Física, Òptica, Ciència dels Materials o titulacions similars.
• Experiència mínima d'1 any en divulgació científica, comunicació científica, periodisme científic o creació de contingut tècnic.
• Nivell alt d'anglès, tant oral com escrit.
• Molt bona capacitat de redacció, síntesi i edició de continguts.
• Capacitat per comunicar conceptes científics de manera clara i entenedora.
• Persona creativa, organitzada, autònoma i amb iniciativa.
• Bones habilitats comunicatives i facilitat per treballar en equips multidisciplinaris.

• Coneixements en metrologia òptica o sistemes de mesura
• Màster en Comunicació Científica, Divulgació Científica o disciplines afins.

• Horari de dilluns a dijous de 8:00 h a 17:00 h, amb flexibilitat horària. Divendres jornada intensiva de 8:00 h a 14:00 h.
• 1 dia de teletreball setmanal.
