From our Recruiting division, we collaborate with a leading construction company with a long track record in the construction sector, specialized in residential, industrial, and singular works. Currently, we are looking for a Technical Studies Technician to join their Barcelona team.

You will be part of the Studies department, participating in the technical and economic analysis of projects to prepare competitive and viable bids, directly contributing to the company's acquisition of new projects.

• Study and analysis of building projects.
• Preparation of budgets and economic bids.
• Request and comparison of quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Preparation of measurements.
• Study of costs and economic feasibility analysis of projects.
• Preparation of technical documentation for tenders and bids.
• Coordination with technical and production teams.
• Work with Presto for budget preparation and control.
• Analysis of technical documentation, plans, and construction reports.

• Permanent position in a consolidated and growing company.

• Offices located in Barcelona.
• Flexible working hours with entry between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM and exit according to entry time.
• Friday intensive working day from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

• Salary between €30,000 and €38,000 gross per year, depending on experience and contribution to the position, with the possibility of evaluating better conditions for profiles with a solid track record in the field.

• Training in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar.
• Previous experience in studies departments, technical offices, or economic valuation of works.
• Knowledge of budgets, measurements, and tenders.
• Proficiency in Presto.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Organized, methodical person with the ability to work in a team.

Actualment, busquem un/a Tècnic/a d’Estudis per incorporar-se al seu equip de Barcelona.

Formaràs part del departament d’Estudis, participant en l’anàlisi tècnica i econòmica dels projectes per tal de preparar ofertes competitives i viables, contribuint directament a la consecució de nous projectes per a la companyia.

• Estudi i anàlisi de projectes d’edificació.
• Elaboració de pressupostos i ofertes econòmiques.
• Sol·licitud i comparativa d’ofertes de proveïdors i subcontractistes.
• Elaboració d’amidaments.
• Estudi de costos i anàlisi de viabilitat econòmica dels projectes.
• Preparació de documentació tècnica per a licitacions i concursos.
• Coordinació amb els equips tècnics i de producció.
• Treball amb Presto per a l’elaboració i control de pressupostos.
• Anàlisi de documentació tècnica, plànols i memòries constructives.

• Incorporació estable en una empresa constructora consolidada i en creixement.
• Participació en projectes d’edificació de gran envergadura.
• Oficines ubicades a Barcelona.
• Horari flexible amb entrada entre les 8:00 h i les 9:30 h i sortida segons hora d’incorporació.
• Divendres jornada intensiva de 8:00 h a 15:00 h.

• Salari entre 30.000 € i 38.000 € bruts anuals, segons experiència i aportació al lloc, amb possibilitat de valorar condicions superiors per a perfils amb una trajectòria consolidada dins de l'àmbit d'estudis i licitacions d'obra.

• Formació en Arquitectura Tècnica, Enginyeria de l’Edificació, Enginyeria Civil, Arquitectura o similar.
• Experiència prèvia en departaments d’estudis, oficina tècnica o valoració econòmica d’obres.
• Coneixements de pressupostos, amidaments i licitacions.
• Domini de Presto.
• Capacitat analítica i orientació al detall.
• Persona organitzada, metòdica i amb capacitat de treball en equip.
