Civil Projects Technician - Public Works

From our Recruiting division, we collaborate with an engineering company with a solid track record in developing projects in civil works and infrastructure, in the search for a Civil Engineering Projects Technician (Urban Development and Hydraulics).

This is a stable opportunity within a consolidated technical team, where you will be able to participate in projects mainly related to public works, combining office tasks with on-site monitoring and liaison with the different parties involved.

- Drafting and development of civil engineering projects, especially in the field of urban development and public works

- Participation in projects related to water supply networks, sanitation, and hydraulic infrastructure

- Preparation of reports, specifications, measurements, and budgets

- Technical site management: monitoring of technical, economic, and scheduling aspects

- Conducting regular site visits and attending meetings with the different parties involved

- Liaising with public administrations, clients, and site teams

- Coordinating with internal and external technical teams

- Supporting the preparation of public tenders

- A stable position with a permanent contract

- Salary to be determined based on experience

- Flexible working hours with a start time between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (split shift) and Friday intensive working day from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Public Works, Roads, Canals and Ports, Industrial Engineering, Technical Architecture, or similar

- Previous experience in similar roles (valued)

- Experience in public works and/or hydraulic projects (valued)

- Knowledge of 3D modeling and working in BIM environments (especially ALLPLAN).

- Ability to manage projects with a global vision

- A proactive, organized profile with good communication skills

Es tracta d’una oportunitat estable dins d’un equip tècnic consolidat, on podràs participar en projectes vinculats principalment a obra pública, combinant tasques de despatx amb seguiment a obra i interlocució amb els diferents agents implicats.

- Redacció i desenvolupament de projectes d’enginyeria civil, especialment en l’àmbit d’urbanitzacions i obra pública

- Participació en projectes relacionats amb xarxes d’abastament d’aigua, sanejament i infraestructures hidràuliques

- Elaboració de memòries, plecs, amidaments i pressupostos

- Direcció facultativa d’obres: seguiment tècnic, econòmic i de terminis

- Realització de visites periòdiques a obra i assistència a reunions amb els diferents agents implicats

- Interlocució amb administracions públiques, clients i equips d’obra

- Coordinació amb equips tècnics interns i externs

- Suport en la preparació de licitacions públiques

- Posició estable amb contracte indefinit

- Salari a valorar segons experiència aportada

- Horari flexible amb entrada entre les 08:00h i les 18:00h (jornada partida) i divendres intensiu de 08:00h a 14:00h

- Formació en Enginyeria Civil, Obres Públiques, Camins, Industrial, Arquitectura Tècnica o similar

- Experiència prèvia en funcions similars (valorable)

- Valorable experiència en projectes d’obra pública i/o entorn hidràulic

- Coneixements en modelatge 3D i treball en entorns BIM (especialment ALLPLAN).

- Capacitat per gestionar projectes amb visió global

- Perfil resolutiu, organitzat i amb bones habilitats comunicatives
