First-class technician for Installations and Networks B2B

From our Recruiting division, we collaborate with a company that offers fiber optic, mobile, television, and energy services for individuals and businesses, in search of a first-class technician for installations to travel throughout Catalonia:

• Carrying out installations throughout Catalonia of routers, professional connections, and dedicated lines.
• Installing and configuring IP exchanges.
• Installing and configuring Wi-Fi access points.
• Carrying out assembly and commissioning of Starlink systems.
• Executing fiber optic activations.
• Activating services during the customer visit and ensuring their correct integration and operation.
• Providing professional customer service, conveying a good image of the company in all interventions.
• Reviewing material needs, placing orders to the warehouse, and ensuring all material is ready before each installation.
• Collaborating in detecting new market needs and submitting proposals for new products or services.

• Driving license B1 required, as installations will be carried out throughout Catalonia.
• Knowledge and prior experience of at least one year in telecommunications and cable installations.
• Higher Degree in Network Computer Systems Administration or equivalent.
• Knowledge of single-mode fiber optic fusion.
• Basic knowledge of LAN networks (VLAN, DHCP, and firewall).
• Basic knowledge of configuration and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Proactive attitude and autonomy.

• Valuable: Knowledge of IP networks, MikroTik, VoIP telephony, FTTH operation, and knowledge of the fiber product lifecycle.

• Languages: Catalan and Spanish.

• Permanent position with open-ended contract.
• Salary between €27,000 - €28,000 gross per year depending on experience provided.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, either 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM depending on company needs.

• Realitzar instal·lacions per tota Catalunya de routers, connexions professionals i dedicades.
• Instal·lar i configurar centraletes IP.
• Instal·lar i configurar punts d'accés Wi-Fi.
• Realitzar el muntatge i la posada en marxa de sistemes Starlink.
• Executar activacions de fibra fosca.
• Activar els serveis durant la visita al client i garantir-ne la correcta integració i funcionament.
• Oferir una atenció professional al client, transmetent una bona imatge de l'empresa en totes les intervencions.
• Revisar les necessitats de material, sol·licitar les comandes al magatzem i assegurar-se que tot el material estigui preparat abans de cada instal·lació.
• Col·laborar en la detecció de noves necessitats del mercat i aportar propostes de nous productes o serveis.

• Carnet de conduir B1, ja que les instal·lacions es faran per tota Catalunya.
• Coneixements i experiència prèvia de mínim un any en instal·lacions de telecomunicacions i cablejat.
• Grau Superior en Administració de Sistemes Informàtics en Xarxa o equivalent.
• Coneixements en fusió de fibra òptica monomode.
• Coneixements bàsics de xarxes LAN (VLAN, DHCP i firewall).
• Coneixements bàsics de configuració i connectivitat Wi-Fi.
• Actitud proactiva i amb autonomia.

• Valorable: Coneixements en xarxa IP, en mikroTik, en Telefonia VOIP, en Funcionament de FTTH i coneixement de cicle de vida del producte de la fibra.

• Idiomes: català i castellà.

• Posició estable amb contractació indefinida.
• Salari entre 27.000€ - 28.000€ bruts anuals segons experiència aportada.

• Horari: de dilluns a divendres de 8-17h o 9-18h segons necessitat de l'empresa.
