What does the Unit do?

The Digital Channels area (CCDD) is responsible for managing digital customer service for Endesa through agent-assisted channels.

Its activity focuses on managing interactions with customers via email, chat, social media, and web forms, providing commercial and operational support across the various service processes.

The area serves different business segments, mainly residential customers (B2C) and companies (B2B), covering the resolution of inquiries, commercial transactions, and support associated with service.

Additionally, the area participates in sales activities linked to service (S2S model - Sales to Service), integrated within customer service processes, not as standalone independent sales.

The operating model is based on an omnichannel digital Contact Center, with a focus on service quality, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement of the customer experience across assisted digital channels.
