We are looking for professionals with 5 to 10 years of experience in development and process automation, with solid experience in Appian and a motivation to take on technical and leadership challenges in strategic projects.

You will be part of a team driving digital transformation through process automation solutions that optimize business operations and generate real impact in organizations.
What you'll do
You will design, develop, and implement Appian solutions for business process automation.
You will participate in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and process modeling (BPMN desirable).
You will configure flows, integrate systems via APIs, model data, and write SQL queries.
You will identify operational improvements and propose solutions aligned with business needs.
You will provide technical leadership: code review, team support, and quality assurance for deliverables.
You will define and track KPIs and dashboards associated with processes.
