Freelance Motion Designer (Video & Creativity)

Conditions:

• Freelance collaboration, 100% remote (Spain and Latin America)
• We start with a project, and if it goes well, there's ongoing work and volume
• Rate to be discussed: we're flexible and will adjust based on your profile and the volume of work. Tell us your rate.
• Invoicing as a self-employed contractor or the equivalent in your country

How to apply:

Send us the link to your portfolio (a link, not a 40 MB PDF) and tell us, of the pieces you show, which ones you made and exactly what you did on each. If you have anything made for weddings or elegant brands, put that at the top.

If we think we're a good fit, the final step is a short paid test piece at your rate.

At ETERNAMENTE we create premium digital wedding invitations. Each one opens with a wax seal animation that unfolds into the design. We're looking for a freelancer to design and assemble the interactive covers and the rest of the invitation.

What matters most to us isn't that you master a specific tool. We want someone with aesthetic judgment, who understands the rhythm of an animation and knows how to tell a story with it.

The brief, in order of importance:

• Video and motion (the core). The opening animations for each design: concept, animation, sound if needed, and delivery optimized for mobile. Each new design needs its own animation that matches the overall feel of the rest of the invitation.
• Brand creative pieces. Short videos and static graphics for communication, adapted to various formats.

Formats and deliverables:

• Vertical 9:16, square 1:1, and horizontal 16:9
• Short durations: 6s, 15s, and 30s
• Video in MP4 (H.264) and WebM, with a static poster from the first frame
• Keep the file size light: this is meant to be viewed on a phone with mobile data, not in a screening room
• Project files must be editable, organized, and delivered on time

Essential:

• After Effects and Premiere (or DaVinci Resolve)
• Figma for the static work

Valued:

• 3D: Cinema 4D or Blender
• Sound design
• Comfort with AI video tools: we use them, and we're not afraid of them

What we are looking for in you:

• A portfolio with real motion work, not retouched templates. We want to see rhythm, typography in motion, and good taste.
• A refined, understated aesthetic. Our product is about weddings, not soda commercials.
• Autonomy: we give you a direction, and you come back with a proposal, not three questions.
• Reliability with deadlines. A freelancer who's good but doesn't deliver on time is of no use to us.
• Fluent Spanish.
