Requirements

The role

What you'll do

  • Balance insider threat risks with business needs to share data with authorized third parties, regulators, and clients.
  • Escalate incidents when necessary to protect Santander's data, allowing teams to work effectively.
  • Identify insider threat use cases together with the DLP Insider Threat Lead.
  • Perform and improve insider threat hunting activities.
  • Detect visibility and control gaps, and collaborate with relevant teams to close them.
  • Recommend high-fidelity hunting to the DLP Insider Threat Lead for periodic hunts or automated alerting.
