CNC Milling Operator

Demonstrable experience as a CNC Miller or machining center operator.

Immediate availability to work the indicated morning and afternoon shifts.

You will start with a one-month contract with monthly renewals up to 3 months through an ETT (temporary employment agency), to subsequently join the company's permanent staff directly and stably.

You will have a base salary of €12.35 gross/hour, to which a variable production bonus is added (between an additional €2.50 and €3.20 per hour) depending on your performance.

✅ Intensive working day from Monday to Friday

You will work in weekly rotating shifts: morning (07:00 to 15:00 h) and afternoon (15:00 to 23:00 h), allowing you to have all weekends free to organize your time.

Your mission in the position

Your mission will be to guarantee the correct machining of high-precision parts, ensuring that each project meets the highest technical quality standards so that the production line advances without interruptions.

You will prepare and operate CNC milling machines and machining centers with total autonomy to shape each required part.

You will manufacture and verify the quality of the produced parts, ensuring compliance with the indicated specifications and tolerances.

You will keep the machines in optimal condition by performing basic maintenance and taking care of the order and cleanliness of your work area.

What will make you successful in this position

Your experience in the setup and operation of CNC milling machines or machining centers

Having previously worked in machining environments will give you the agility and fluency necessary to adjust parameters and operate the machinery with maximum precision from day one.

Your ability to read blueprints and perform dimensional verification

Understanding technical documentation will allow you to guarantee that every manufactured part strictly complies with the required tolerances and quality standards.

Your habit of organized work focused on continuous improvement

Maintaining a clean and orderly environment, combined with your attention to detail, will help you prevent incidents, work safely, and reach the highest tiers of the production bonus.
