In your day-to-day:
- Physicochemical Analysis and Control: Performing laboratory tests and direct analysis of samples, guaranteeing key parameters such as the control of chlorine levels in the process.
- Sensory Evaluation: Execution of tastings and sensory analyses to ensure the organoleptic standards of the product.
- External Test Management: Coordination and sending of samples to certified national reference laboratories (such as AINIA).
- Quality Control and Incidents: Identification, registration, and reporting of non-conformities for the application of immediate corrective measures.
