Job Summary:

We are looking for a Procurement, Quality and Environment Technician to join our team in Toledo. This position is key to ensuring the proper management of procurement processes, as well as compliance with quality and environmental standards in our construction projects.

What you'll do


Job Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise the procurement processes for subcontractors and suppliers, including the preparation of specifications, negotiation and contract monitoring.
* Implement and maintain quality management systems (ISO 9001) and environmental management systems (ISO 14001) in projects.
* Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulations and established procedures.
* Prepare and control documentation associated with quality and environmental systems.
* Identify, evaluate and manage the environmental risks and impacts of projects.
* Collaborate in the preparation and monitoring of occupational health and safety plans.
* Propose and implement continuous improvement actions in procurement, quality and environmental processes.
* Advise and train site personnel on quality and environmental matters.
* Interact with stakeholders (clients, authorities, suppliers) on matters within your scope.

Functions


Requirements:
* University degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, or similar.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions in the construction sector.
* In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and environmental management systems (ISO 14001).
* Experience in contract management and procurement processes.
* Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office, especially Excel).
* Certifications in quality and/or environment will be positively valued.
* Teamwork skills, proactivity and results orientation.
* Communication and negotiation skills.
* Availability to work in Toledo and occasional travel to construction sites.
